Delivery Information

We put the same care and attention to detail into our mail order service as we do into making the treats for which we're famous.

Bettys is able to offer its customers a range of delivery services to suit the needs of everyone.

For UK mainland deliveries, we offer Economy, Standard and Premium. Economy and Standard delivery are not date guaranteed, but Standard is a tracked service. For a date guaranteed service, please choose Premium at the checkout. If your order must be at your desired location by a specific time, we also offer Premium by 12pm. For added convenience, we also offer weekend delivery.

For highlands, islands and remote UK regions, we offer UK Economy and UK Standard services. Orders with a total weight exceeding 2kg will be sent via UK Standard, which is a tracked service.

If you wish to send a gift abroad, we offer International Economy and International Standard services. Orders with a total weight exceeding 2kg will always be sent via International Standard. Weight and destination restrictions may apply. Bettys cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities confiscate any item or charge any import duty.

For Bettys customers with servicemen and servicewomen abroad, we offer delivery to all BFPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Please check your order confirmation email for the expected delivery date. You will receive an email upon despatch of your order. If you have selected a Standard or Premium delivery service this will have a tracking number that will allow you to track your order.

If you have missed a delivery attempt please follow the details on the card. If you are still unable to find your order please contact our Customer Service Team, see the Contact Us section of the website for details.

If you want to view the status of your order, you can log into your account at any time to check how it's doing.

BFPO Addresses

For Bettys customers with servicemen and servicewomen abroad, we offer delivery to all BFPO addresses.

P.O. Boxes

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Tax & Duties

In some countries import tax and duties, which are beyond our control, may have to be paid by the recipient on delivery of the parcel.

Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses

We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using the postcode finder or call our Customer Service Team for assistance.
