Our Craft Bakery is the home of patience, skill and attention to detail – the values of our chocolatier founder, Frederick, which live on more than a century later. Creating our Easter eggs begins with tempering, ensuring our luxurious Swiss chocolate—made from rare Criollo cocoa beans—achieves a perfect shine and satisfying ‘snap’. This year, our Chocolatiers are introducing the Golden Blonde Chocolate Easter Egg, whose lightly caramel-scented chocolate offers dreamy toffee notes. You’ll also find heavenly combinations of flavour and texture in our Orange Crisp Milk Chocolate Easter Egg, and our Honey & Walnut Milk Chocolate Flat Easter Egg. Our Swiss founder, Frederick Belmont, was a renowned chocolate specialist who brought the secrets of his home country’s most irresistible creations to Yorkshire.
