Our bakers and chocolatiers take great pride in doing things properly, and our Chocolate Desires are no exception. First, we temper Grand Cru Swiss chocolate to give it that satisfying ‘snap!’ when you bite into it, then each disc is hand-piped before being painstakingly topped with a roasted caramelised almond, brandy-soaked raisins, pistachio nuts, roasted cocoa bean nibs – carefully added to ensure the perfect balance of flavour. Take these to a party and you’re guaranteed to be invited back.
