Christmas deliveries

We’re expecting a very busy Christmas, and some stock will be limited – so please place your order early to secure your preferred delivery slot and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your favourite festive treats.. We recommend doing so by mid-November, to give you the widest choice of December delivery dates and access to the broadest range of products. This applies to both UK and overseas orders.

Delivery FAQs

Can I track my order?

Can I track my order? For your convenience, all of our delivery services are tracked.

When your parcel leaves our Craft Bakery you will be sent an email confirming the despatch. This email will contain a link to track your order, you can click this link to see updates on tracking form 6pm that evening. If you are unable to track your order or need assistance, please contact our Customer Support team on 0800 456 1919.

Why is Monday delivery arriving early?

Our couriers work with pace to make sure all of our orders reach their destination on or before your chosen date, and since we send Monday orders on a Friday, some deliveries arrive early on the Saturday.

Please rest assured, the shelf life of the products will not be compromised by earlier delivery.

You will receive tracking details from our carrier when your parcel leaves us. If you’re given an earlier date and this is not convenient, simply use the tracking code to reschedule your delivery or to arrange for it to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Will my products be in date for Christmas?

Please see individual product pages for information on delivery for Christmas, and best before information on weekly and daily baked cakes.

Can I specify a day or time for my delivery?

Simply select your preferred delivery date at checkout.

If your delivery needs to arrive on a certain date, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible to secure the delivery slot and selecting our premium delivery service. If you are sending a parcel to a mainland UK address you can upgrade your delivery to before 12pm to ensure it is delivered on a certain day before midday.

Certain products can only be delivered on specific days: the system will automatically work out the best delivery option for your order.

What if I am out when you try to deliver?

On the morning of delivery you will received a delivery schedule from the carrier, you can either track your delivery through this method or download either DPD App or Royal Mail App.

If you miss a delivery attempt the courier will attempt a second delivery which is normally the next working day.

How will I know how much I will be charged for delivery?

Delivery charges for your order will be shown once you have confirmed your delivery address details. You can view our UK delivery rates here. We work out the delivery charge based on two things.

The first is the weight of the parcel: if it is over 2kg (including packaging) it must go via the premium delivery service (from £7.95) as it is too heavy for our standard delivery service through Royal Mail.

The second is shelf life. Because we use traditional recipes some of our treats need to be sent to you quickly so you can enjoy them at their best.

How do I find out customs charges when ordering online?

Customs charges are levied by local government rather than us, and they do vary significantly by country. Do check this page before ordering for overseas delivery. It covers a number of questions you may have.

Do your parcels show the price of items?

No, your delivery will not include the price of the items. The only billing information will be on the confirmation email you receive. A packing slip will be included to confirm the contents but this will not contain the senders details , you may wish to add a short gift message.

Do you deliver overseas?

We are able to send selected products overseas.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Europe including Northern Ireland, as we currently do not have a distribution centre in Europe, which is one of the stipulations imposed on UK companies shipping to Europe.

You can find details of countries we can ship to at the link here.
