Using the provided dainty sponge fancies, our expert tutors will guide you in the art of hand-dipping each one into smooth fondant. You will then learn how to craft an array of seasonally inspired sugar paste decorations such as autumn leaves or festive holly, and hand-pipe delicate royal icing. Finally, you will arrange 16 of the fancies into a beautiful party cake to take home.

All courses are taught in our dedicated Cookery School, with state of the art kitchens, quality ingredients and support from friendly, experienced tutors. We provide all ingredients and equipment needed on the day, as well as delicious refreshments to enjoy, including breakfast on arrival and a two-course lunch with wine. And whatever you make with us, you’ll take it away at the end of the course to impress your loved ones and tuck into at home.
