Brimming with plump vine fruits, sticky cherries and flecked with candied citrus, this deliciously rich and moist fruit cake is topped with layers of marzipan and soft sugar icing, then hand-iced with a delicate pattern and a joyful 'Happy Birthday' in cheering red – finished with a ribbon to match.
