A luxuriously thick Swiss milk chocolate egg with a pretty show of tulips, primroses and pansies, each egg made by our Harrogate chocolatiers, every stem, leaf and petal hand-piped in Royal Icing or chocolate by our wonderful decorating team. A pleasure to look at…but even more fun to share.
Our chocolatiers start by tempering Grand Cru Swiss milk chocolate, a technique to ensure a smooth shine on the chocolate and a wonderfully satisfying ‘snap!’ when broken. Our Swiss Grand Cru milk chocolate is then poured into egg-shaped moulds and then swirled around to create a shell. Once set, each egg is hand-piped with our famous Spring Flowers design by our artisan decorators, all with years of experience and their own style – just like a fine calligrapher and their handwriting.
