Our Imperial Room, Harrogate is located on the first floor and unfortunately, we do not have lift access. If access is required, please contact our Customer Support Team on 0800 456 1919.
Please note we are only able to provide information and guidance on the legal 14 allergens. We are unable to guarantee an absence of all other ingredients.
Important Dining Information
- We have a 15 minute grace period. Your table will be booked for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time.
- We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up-to-date.
Cancellation Policy
Our booking system securely stores card details at the time of reservation; however, no deposit will be taken. We request that any cancellation be made no less than 24 hours prior to your booking time and date. In the event of a cancellation within this time frame, or following a no-show, we will charge £25 per person.
A note from the restaurant
Please advise if there are children in your party (we can prepare a children's afternoon tea for them) or you have any special dietary or allergen requirements (we serve vegetarian, vegan and non-gluten-containing options). We accept Bettys vouchers as payments for our bookable afternoon tea, however Bettys E-Gift Cards cannot be used. Booking afternoon tea allows you to bypass the main queue. When arriving approach the main entrance and inform the staff member at the door; they will guide you through to your seats. Our Imperial Room is located on the first floor at Bettys Harrogate, we encourage customers with disabilities to contact us before making a booking, so we can assist with any particular needs.
