We’ve made our Yorkshire Shortbread to the same simple yet moreish recipe for many years. The secret to their exquisite flavour – as with many things baked in our Craft Bakery – is to use real butter and to be incredibly generous with it. That plus almost a century of baking knowhow creates perfectly rich, melt-in-the-mouth biscuits without an explosion of crumbs.
