General Terms & Conditions:
As we are a specialist Craft Bakery we make our own fresh products and therefore at periods of high demand we may run out of our delicious popular products.
To avoid disappointment we encourage you to order in advance and if we need to contact you regarding substitutions, we will contact you by phone or email prior to dispatch.
If for some reason we have to change the recipe or the shape and design of a product, we will contact you to offer you a suitable replacement item that would be of similar or even better quality at the same price.
At this point you would of course be free to cancel your order. If you are not happy with the replacement item when it arrives, you can return it for a full refund – see our Returns Policy section for more information
We are only able to send selected products overseas. Delivery prices vary for overseas deliveries and restrictions apply to some countries.
If you wish to place an order to a destination outside of the European Union, then we ask you to familiarise yourself with the customs regulations of your destination.
We cannot be responsible for any disruption or delay caused by customs and you should be aware that some countries may impose an immigration restriction or customs fee to your order.
By placing an order with us, you agree to pay any customs clearance or release fees that may apply within the country of your destination.
Our prices include VAT where appropriate. By placing an order you are making an offer to buy our products.
If we accept your offer we will take payment, deliver your goods and confirm to you by an Order Dispatch Confirmation email. Up until that point, your order is not complete, and a legal contract is not formed until we have sent you the Order Dispatch Confirmation email.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel your order before it is despatched by calling us on +44 (0)1423 814008. However, this doesn’t apply to cakes made especially for you if we have already started making it.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery - to do this, simply contact our Customer Service team on 0800 456 1919 or +44 1423 814 008 or via email at email@example.com. Please note that some orders, such as personalised cakes, may not be eligible for a full refund.
Please note proof of posting can’t be taken as proof of receipt. For more information please see ‘Cancelling an item’ under our Returns section.

Some of our products are age or geography restricted. For example, you must be over 16 to purchase our delicious Champagne Truffles and we are unable to send alcohol outside of the EU. Full details of these restrictions can be found in the "About" box on every product detail page on our website.

We offer a range of delivery services. Our Economy and Standard services are not date-guaranteed and whilst we aim to deliver within a specific date range, we cannot be held responsible for delays during delivery.
If time is of the essence for you, our Premium delivery service is date-guaranteed.
Bettys is a UK business and you agree when shopping with us that any contract you make with us will be formed under UK law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
