On this one-day course you will learn the fundamentals of baking bread, from ingredients to the practical kneading and proving techniques that will make your loaves better every time. As well as a ‘tear and share’ wreath bread with Harrogate blue cheese, walnuts, and sour cherries, you will make olive and rosemary rolls and grissini breadsticks, before taking your freshly baked goods home to enjoy.
