In this one-day course our expert tutors will share with you the fundamentals of making successful buttery flaky and shortcrust pastry. You will then practise your new skills by making and baking a deep filled leek and Harrogate blue cheese tart with walnut and parmesan shortcrust pastry, as well as a rich red wine braised beef pie topped with flaky pastry, to take away and bake at home.
