If you’ve ever felt nervous about making your own pastry, this one-day course will take away the fear. With guidance from our expert tutors, you will first make all-butter choux pastry profiteroles with a velvety vanilla crème pâtissière filling and a hand-dipped finish of glossy Swiss chocolate. Next, you will make a large lemon tart with all-butter sweet pastry, learning how to blind bake the delicate casing before filling it with a tangy lemon custard. At the end of the course you will take away your creations to share and indulge in at home.
