On this one-day course led by our expert tutors you will learn how to cover a Genoese sponge sandwich cake, first with marzipan, then with a layer of soft icing. Next you will craft your own sugar paste decorations, working with precision to create delicate petals and flowers. After adding a message in hand-piped royal icing, you will finish the course with a beautiful cake to take home.
