Made to our time-honoured recipe using natural glacé cherries and vine fruits soaked in sherry, this classic Christmas cake is wonderfully rich and fruity from the first slice to the last crumb.

Topped with a tempting selection of glacé cherries, walnuts and Brazil nuts and housed in a keepsake Bettys tin, it's perfect for sending to loved ones at home or overseas.
