Our rich, malty Christmas cake – a feast of sherry-soaked fruits, cherries, citrus and nuts – layered with marzipan and fondant icing, then hand decorated with a cheerful Merry Christmas and a gorgeous wreath of handmade leaves. To finish, the cakes are festooned with stars and a bow, before royal icing is carefully hand-piped into an intricate scrolling design.
