Our expert tutors will help you to refine the techniques needed to decorate biscuits with delicately piped royal icing. Working with the provided all-butter shortbread dough you will learn the essentials of rolling, cutting out, then baking biscuits to perfection. At the end of the course you will have a selection of boxed biscuits to take home and enjoy.
