This one-day course will sharpen your kitchen skills across a range of dishes as you create three courses filled with delicious seasonal flavours, with guidance from our expert tutors. With some prepared elements provided to help you on your way, the menu includes:
• A starter of pan fried hake with orange beurre noisette, celeriac remoulade, fresh apple and pickled fennel.
• A main course of marinated duck with yeasted cauliflower purée, sour cherries, walnut granola and a port reduction.
• A dessert of spiced ginger cake, served with charred pineapple and a rum butterscotch sauce.

At the end of the course you will take home everything ready to impress as you serve up a dinner to remember.
