With some prepared elements provided to help you on your way, the menu includes: • A starter of pan fried hake with orange beurre noisette, celeriac remoulade, fresh apple and pickled fennel. • A main course of marinated duck with yeasted cauliflower purée, sour cherries, walnut granola and a port reduction. • A dessert of spiced ginger cake, served with charred pineapple and a rum butterscotch sauce.
At the end of the course you will take home everything ready to impress as you serve up a dinner to remember.

We provide all ingredients and equipment needed on the day, as well as delicious refreshments to enjoy, including breakfast on arrival and a two-course lunch with wine.
