With guidance from our expert tutors you will learn how to temper our Swiss Grand Cru milk chocolate and hand line a chocolate mould, practising a range of techniques to fill and flawlessly hand-finish your own creations.

At the end of the course, you will have finished two boxes of passion fruit, caramel and ginger chocolates and two boxes of treats inspired by Bettys Milk Chocolate Desires to take home and indulge in, or gift to friends and family.

About your day

All courses are taught in our dedicated Cookery School, with state of the art kitchens, quality ingredients and support from friendly, experienced tutors. We provide all ingredients and equipment needed on the day, as well as delicious refreshments to enjoy, including breakfast on arrival and a two-course lunch with wine. And whatever you make with us, you’ll take it away at the end of the course to impress your loved ones and tuck into at home.
