Our classic rich, fruity Simnel cake, made to a time-honoured recipe packed with sultanas, rum-soaked currants and citrus peels and layered with marzipan. Decorated in the traditional manner with toasted marzipan balls representing the 11 faithful disciples, it's a perfect centrepiece for your Easter celebrations.
