An elegant, smooth and delicate sencha tea made from prized buds that have been gently steamed and expertly dried. It’s combination on antioxidants and L-theanine – thought to help you focus – make it the go-to cup for a sustaining, energising brew. Gently caffeinated.​

Did you know? If you have ever found green tea bitter, it was probably brewed too hot or too long, as boiling water scalds the delicate leaves. Brew with 90°C water for 1-2 minutes to enjoy a smooth yet comforting cup – a refreshingly different partner to our butter-rich Victoria sponge and Lemon Curd Loaf Cake.
