Event: Dinner with author David Wilbourne

As part of Ilkley Literature Festival, Bettys Ilkley is proud to be hosting a reading and two course supper with author and cleric David Wilbourne, who'll be discussing his charming new book Shepherd of Another Flock.

As newly appointed Vicar of Helmsley, David Wilbourne was looking forward to working in the picturesque market town. Admittedly the twelfth century vicarage was extremely cold and damp – and not all his parishioners were impressed…

Enjoy a delicious two course Yorkshire supper before being entertained by David with stories of rural Yorkshire clerical life.
