Our bakers craft these marvellous treats with the utmost care, using buttery Genoese sponge cake that melts in your mouth. Every delectable bite is filled with a heavenly combination of zesty mango and passion fruit pâte de fruit, perfectly complemented by a delicate layer of white chocolate across the base to keep the sponge perfectly moist.

Next comes a layer of marzipan and a flawless coating of the smoothest fondant icing, before finally our confectioners add a sun-kissed blush of colour and individually pipe dots of passion fruit-hued royal icing on top.
