We use the finest ingredients and craft baking skills perfected over generations to ensure that each Bettys Christmas cake is everything it should be: rich, satisfying and bursting with plump vine fruits, almonds, peel and glacé cherries. Almost too pretty to eat, this soft iced Christmas cake with a marzipan layer is hand-piped with a charming festive snowflake design in delicate gold, green and red royal icing.
