A gloriously satisfying combination of all-butter sponge, rich vanilla buttercream, tart raspberry jam and squidgy fondant icing, the perfect treat for Christmassy teas – especially for those who aren’t keen on mince pies.

Each Fondant Fancy Cake is carefully hand-decorated by our band of merry confectioners, who hand-pipe each festive parcel and add delicate sugar paste holly leaves. Plump, joyful cakes that taste as good as they look.
