To celebrate His Majesty the King’s Coronation, we’ve created these special limited-edition Fondant Fancies, delicately hand-piped with crown and fleur-de-lis designs.

Inside, they’re the quintessential Bettys treat: our dainty all-butter Genoese sponge sandwiched with raspberry preserve and smooth vanilla buttercream. Each fancy is covered in a layer of marzipan, coated in soft ivory fondant icing and sealed with Swiss white chocolate, before being hand-piped – with royal icing, of course.

Classic and irresistible, they’re perfect for Coronation celebrations or special bank holiday teatimes.
