Our nest of adorable Easter Chicks is back, ready to star in your Easter celebrations or make a loved one’s day. Each chick is made with lemony all-butter genoese sponge which is sandwiched with luscious lemon curd and rich lemon buttercream, before being topped with a little continental marzipan. Our confectioners then add a generous layer of dreamily soft yellow fondant icing, before carefully handpiping each cheeky royal icing face.
