To create these splendidly gooey moments of heaven, we pour our obsession with Swiss Chocolate into the middle of a sumptuous, chocolatey version of our famous Fat Rascal®.

Instead of currants, our Gooey Rascals are brimming with chocolate chips, and hidden in the middle is a decadent chocolate caramel centre, made from the very same Grand Cru Swiss Dark Chocolate you’ll find squirrelled away in a Bettys chocolate box.

Hearty Yorkshire baking meets the most exquisite Swiss Chocolate – warm gently before eating to enjoy them at their gooey best, along with a strong cup of tea or our Bettys Cafe Classic Coffee.

Freshly baked to a traditional, natural recipe, so best enjoyed within a day of arrival.
