Our Swiss dark chocolate is holder of the 2013 Gold Award for quality from the Academy of Chocolate. Made from the finest quality Venezuelan cocoa beans and infused with Madagascan vanilla, it comes ready-grated: just stir into hot milk and enjoy.

    The Perfect Cup of Hot Chocolate: 200ml of whole milk, 5 heaped teaspoons of chocolate. Warm the milk to a simmer, pour over the chocolate and whisk. Reheat to a simmer and whisk again. Serve adding sugar to taste.
