Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:
Pea, Mint & Potato Samosas
Paneer Jalfrezi - marinated Indian cheese in a medium spiced Garam Masala with pepper and tomatoes
Bombay Potatoes - potatoes cooked with turmeric served sautéed with caramelised onions, mustard seeds & fresh ginger
Peshwari Naan Bread - stuffed naan with the sweet flavours of sultanas, pistachios & coconut
