Some say our Father Christmas is a little over-the-top for a Christmas biscuit, with his joyful suit of marzipan and beard and fur trim of hand-piped royal icing. But it’s just not a Bettys Christmas unless you’re going the extra mile, and our confectioners do love a challenge. A gorgeous place setting decoration for your Christmas table and unmissable treat for Christmas stockings everywhere.
With every biscuit iced by hand, you’ll notice charming – very minor – differences between each one; some may be quizzical, some a little surprised. A little like handwriting, only with sugar and magic instead of ink.
