If pastry is a mystery, this one-day course will take away the fear, giving you the skills to bake an array of sweet delights. With guidance from our expert tutors, you will learn the secrets of all-butter choux pastry, making profiteroles with a rich coffee crème pâtissière filling and a hand-dipped finish of glossy Swiss chocolate. Next, you will make a classic treacle tart, with a sweet pastry case and an indulgent sticky filling. At the end of the course you will take away your creations, which each serve 4-6, to share and enjoy at home.

All courses are taught in our dedicated Cookery School, with state of the art kitchens, quality ingredients and support from friendly, experienced tutors. We provide all ingredients and equipment needed on the day, as well as delicious refreshments to enjoy, including breakfast on arrival and a two-course lunch with wine. And whatever you make with us, you’ll take it away at the end of the course to impress your loved ones and tuck into at home.
