In this one-day course our expert tutors will share with you the fundamentals of making successful buttery flaky and shortcrust pastry. You will then practise your new skills by making and baking a deep filled Mediterranean quiche with a lemon & herb crust, as well as two pies filled with chicken, leek and tarragon in a white wine & cream sauce to take away and bake at home.

All courses are taught in our dedicated Cookery School, with state of the art kitchens, quality ingredients and support from friendly, experienced tutors. We provide all ingredients and equipment needed on the day, as well as delicious refreshments to enjoy, including breakfast on arrival and a two-course lunch with wine. And whatever you make with us, you’ll take it away at the end of the course to impress your loved ones and tuck into at home.
