Devilishly moreish, these individual pieces of our light and fruity Simnel Cake are made to our classic recipe, with plump vine fruits, citrus peel and Easter spices. After baking, we moisten the cake with rum and decorate it with traditional toasted marzipan before cutting it into bite sized pieces. Cut into 15 bite-sized portions.
