To begin, our chocolatiers temper Grand Cru Swiss dark chocolate, a technique to create a perfectly smooth surface and a satisfying “snap!” when broken. The molten chocolate is then poured into moulds and swirled to create a generously thick Easter egg, which is then hand-finished with a speck-tacular design.
Made with rare criollo cocoa beans from Venezuela, this chocolate is rich and nuanced, with oh-so-subtle notes of coffee, plums, cinnamon and raisins – a feast for the senses for anyone who loves dark chocolate.
