This one-day course will sharpen your kitchen and filleting skills. You will create three dishes filled with delicious seasonal flavours, with guidance from our expert tutors. With some prepared elements provided to help you on your way, the menu includes:

Tomato Tarte Tatin

Lightly puffed, golden brown flaky pastry crust topped with slow-roasted tomatoes and a drizzle of rich Yorkshire honey caramel.

Pan-fried Seabass with Lemon and Watercress Gnocchi

Pillowy gnocchi infused with fresh lemon zest and cracked black pepper. Pan-seared seabass fillet served with a zesty citrus dressing. Green beans with toasted hazelnuts.

Raspberry Ripple Meringue with Rose and Lemon Cream

Meringue shells sprinkled with raspberry pieces and paired with a rich rose cream with a fruity raspberry sauce.
