Develop your patience and precision on this day-long course with guidance from our expert tutors (and a little help from our electric mixers). You will make 12 macaroons filled with two unique flavours:

  • White macaroon flecked with Bettys Espresso Coffee and filled with a rich espresso and dark chocolate ganache.
  • Coloured macaroon filled with black currant and crème de cassis pâte de fruits.

We will provide boxes for any you'd like to give as gifts.

About your day

All courses are taught in our dedicated Cookery School, with state of the art kitchens, quality ingredients and support from friendly, experienced tutors. We provide all ingredients and equipment needed on the day, as well as delicious refreshments to enjoy, including breakfast on arrival and a two-course lunch with wine. And whatever you make with us, you’ll take it away at the end of the course to impress your loved ones and tuck into at home.
