With guidance from our expert tutors you will shape and bake our signature crusty Yorkshire Cobble Loaf and a soft and malty Yorkshire Millers Loaf. You will also make a batch of pikelets: classic flat, pan-cooked crumpets that are delicious, enjoyed with butter and preserves. At the end of the course you will take home your freshly baked breads and pikelets to enjoy.
