Fifth generation farmer Annabel Makin-Jones is committed not only to making exceptional jam with fabulous Malling Centenary Strawberries, but doing so sustainably too. As well as finding a home for delicious-yet-wonky strawberries in her preserves, Annabel sends any unusable fruit to her packaging supplier’s carbon neutral generator, so that it can produce “strawberry power” to help make sustainable packaging.
