We’ve been so busy that delivery slots are filling up fast but we’re working hard to bring your Bettys favourites to you as soon as we can.
It's possible that your order may be delayed because couriers are facing an increase in demand for mail order goods. We thank you in advance for bearing with us during these exceptional times.
Please be careful to provide the correct delivery address and postcode, as we won’t be liable for any delivery that can’t be made due to incorrect address details. Currently, to ensure the safety of our people, any parcels that our couriers are unable to deliver are destroyed, so, unfortunately, we cannot arrange for them to be re-delivered to the correct address.

Are your branches open?
Our six Bettys shops are all open 9-5pm daily, except Sundays at Northallerton which is open from 10-5pm and Stonegate which is open 10-4pm. Our cafés are open too. Read more here
Am I still able to order from Bettys online?
Yes, though there are some small differences to our normal service. Our delivery times may vary from what you’re used to and there is a chance we may need to contact you to change the products or quantities in your order.
Are deliveries affected?

Are your Café Tea Rooms reopen?

*Our York Stonegate shop is open for take-out treats but the café is remaining closed for nowMy gift voucher has recently expired or is soon going to. What should I do?
Any vouchers with an expiry date prior to 27th July 2020 will be automatically extended until 27th July 2021. No need to get in touch – simply bring your voucher with you when you visit.
Are you still shipping orders internationally?
We’re still shipping to countries whose delivery service is not locked down. You can find a list of countries we normally deliver to here.
How can I receive my order if I am self-isolating?
Simply enter 'Leave on doorstep and ring bell' in the Delivery Instructions during checkout.
Can I amend my order?
We’re sorry but we’re so busy at the moment answering calls and emails that we can’t make changes to orders. We hope to get things back to normal as soon as we can.
When can I contact you?
We’re on phone and email from Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm.
I keep calling and can’t get through
If you're trying to contact us you may find we're unusually slow answering your call or email as lots more people than normal have been contacting us.

The advice of Public Health England is that there is very little risk of the virus being spread on food or packaging.
